Instead of a capsule or tablet, Fast NEURO BOOST uses a dissolvable strip. You place a strip against the palate with your tongue and let it dissolve — no water, no swallowing. The strips are flavoured with natural menthol, mint and lemon. A card of 9 strips makes up one daily portion, and the 21 cards in a box cover a full 21-day programme.
Take 1 card (9 strips) per day. Place one strip under the palate with your tongue and let it dissolve. Ideally take it in the morning on an empty stomach; 1 to 3 hours later is also fine. What matters most is consistency — aim for roughly the same time each day. One box covers the full 21-day programme.
