All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. (Monday to Friday)

Delivery time: 7-28 days. Delivery prices: €29.90 – 49.90

All orders are packed and dispatched from Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Orders will normally be shipped within two business days from receipt of order.
We will deliver the goods you order to the address you provide to us at the time you make your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you give us is correct and accurate.
All orders will be sent with a tracking number from Sweden. The delivery prices will be automatically calculated at checkout and vary between 29.90€ and 49.90€
If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall endeavor to make good the delivery as soon as possible. However, we have no liability to you unless you notify us by e-mail of the problem within 7 working days of receiving the delivery of the goods in question.
Incorrect orders
When you receive your order from us and you identify that it is incorrect in anyway, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your order to advise us so that we can make the appropriate arrangements for replacement, return or a refund.
Please also be aware that delays in the delivery of your order may occur because of public holidays or any industrial disputes experienced by the shipping company or our freight and courier companies and such delays are beyond our control.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

All orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are entirely the responsibility of the importer (the customer).

By placing an order with The Bioregulator Company B.V., the customer acknowledges and agrees that any such duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees shall be borne solely by the customer, and that The Bioregulator Company B.V. accepts no responsibility for these charges or for delays caused by customs authorities.


The right to cancel does not exist for the following contracts:

  • Contracts for the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
  • Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
